I like that we have 2 in town, so I can always go to the other one over by the freeway where the customer service is better.

Disgusting, rude and childish to say the least. I watched the employees at this location humiliate a customer and I will never go there again. The heart of customer service is respect and these degenerates were obviously not trained correctly. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.
Just ordered two subs from here tonight. I wasn't asked if I wanted my sub toasted and before I knew it he had it wrapped up before I could ask and then didn't seem to want to take the extra time to unwrap and toast it when I did ask, so I just took it home and toasted it myself. The other sub had barely any tuna on it, it was mostly bread and even that was a little hard (it wasn't toasted). The dude seemed really uninterested in his job and miserable.
