Staff is nice, scheduling is very accommodating, and the Dr. was very experienced and understanding. I highly recommend.
My husband found a dog that had been hit on the highway today...she had a shattered leg and was in horrible pain!!!! We were willing to pay to have her looked at and fixed....they told my husband he would have to wait in line (non emergency patients) ....waiting, the dog died in his arms....you guys are monsters letting a dog die in pain
The staff at Olean Vet Clinic are all so friendly. You can tell they care a lot about the animals, it's refreshing to see that.
Dr. Kelly at Olean Veterinary Clinic is very compassionate. Everyone at Olean Veterinary Clinic is the same way. They are a great place to bring my dog. My dog loves the people here.
Dr. Kelly saved our puppy's life. We had taken her to another vet who said to just take her home she would be fine. We took her to Dr. Kelly the next morning and he immediately recognized the pyometra did emergency surgery to save her. Also very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely taking my pets here from now on.
