Machine ate $2 in quarters, no one around to help. Nothing. Most of the machines have out of order signs on them, both washers and dryers, had to hunt for ones that did. And then one ate my money and was broken anyways. Creepy guys slowly walking by the front window and staring, then loitering by the door. Really expensive large load washers. There is a library box with books, which is a nice touch, and about the only thing this place has going for it.
Good location, clean facility. Several machines or of order.
There's a nice lady that works there. And it's clean.

There are employees on site, which should be a plus. Unfortunately, they are very rude. They don't just have poor customer service skills; they are abrasive, raise their voice without provocation, and are rude.
