I don't see how they can call this place Sears.
Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. You’d think that buying a whole new kitchen set might spark their interest, but the associate acted like my presence itself was a problem. The rep’s name was Calvin, and he couldn’t have cared less if I came in or not. Apparently answering questions is not in their job description because he acted like it was trouble just to answer basic questions like dimensions and availability. He made me feel like he didn’t want me there, and so I left. Literally right down the hall, JCPenney is also selling appliances. I stopped in, got a lot of great help, and purchased from them. Sears could have had my business, but they acted like they didn’t want me there. Which is sad because I want to support their business. Sears is an iconic name, and it’s sad to see them going out of business, but after my experience, I can see why they are. I would not recommend going there for anything. If you know what you want, buy online. If you need help choosing appliances, find someone else to help you because Sears won’t.
Great experience for me. I highly recommend finding a product that fits your needs. The Sales clerks are very courteous and are willing to help find what you desire.
Had someone actually come out of the office to see what I wanted they might have made a sale, but they couldn't pull them from there conversation to see what I even wanted
