People are friendly, prices on used games are a bit rediculous sometimes but it isn't the staff's fault.
I went into the store to buy a game for my husband as a gift. I don't know much about console games and asked for advice. The gentleman with long hair couldn't be bothered with me or my questions. I was only 1 of 2 customers in the store. He was very short, huffy and just rude.
This store was one our favorites. However, over the last few months and a couple of new employees hired the customer service has gone down hill.
What happened to the friendly employees who would help, answer questions, chit chat (if they werent busy) about nee games? I miss those employees!!!
We bought a game and when we got home we found that they had not put the game in the box. Human error, that's fine. We called and they told us to just bring in the box and recipet and they would fix it. So I drove back and was greeted with hostility and skepticism over the issue.
