Both Dr. Lai and his PA Brenda Chadwick are welcoming and willing to answer questions. I have never had an issue getting an appointment, and the staff are pleasant and friendly.
Called around 10am to try to reschedule an allergy appointment because my husband is not able to get off of work, left a message and still had not heard back by 3pm, called again and left another message saying I called earlier and was upset I had not heard back yet and that I needed to be called back. When I finally was called back I was told that they didn't call me back because they couldn't reschedule, but regardless I should have been called to be told that instead of just ignored, then the woman just hung up on me when I was in the middle of talking. I called back and informed the person who answered that one of the women had just hung up on me, I was reconnected with her and she told me the reason she hung up on me was because she had nothing more to say to me. This woman was very rude to me on the phone and unprofessional. I was connected to another woman who was telling me that because we needed to reschedule again they would no longer be able to see him and we would need to find another doctor, they claim we have rescheduled 6 times already which is not true and told me that if we had told them we may need to reschedule due to work conflicts they would not have scheduled us in the first place because they have a "3 strike policy" , however we did inform them of this at the very first appointment and they said that would be fine! Overall I am very disappointed with the staff here as they are rude, unprofessional, and seem to be incapable of giving patients proper information about their policies and appointment information.
