Have been a Bon ton customer for years. Bad experience today. A few weeks ago I got sucked into spending$5 for a coupon book. There was a $10 off coupon, I thought no limitations. I spent half hour or more trying on jeans. Got a nice pair of Wranglers , only to get to check out & they say no coupons allow on Wrangler, Columbia, or Nike. I walked away & left the jeans & the coupon book. Always some issue with their coupons ,& I'm tired of it. Kohl's is great about coupons. Use one, use two plus percentage off. They love their customers! Bon-ton is chasing customers away......I'm done!
