Awful customer service took me 2 months to get a tank top only to find out how off the size chart is. I'm a small/medium I had to get a large and it was too small. The quality of the clothing is not good at all. We called and emailed numerous times about the order got no answer each time. The times they did answer they gave different excuses each time contradicting themselves. I will never order from this company again I am highly disappointed. Most companies will offer to give your money back or give you something else but Luckless straight up ignored us. Seriously save your money. I hate bashing a company but this is unacceptable and not how you run a business to keep customers. I ordered once and never again. I really regret the waste of money used here.
Never been treated so poorly. You can get better quality stuff at kmart than the cheap crap they try to sell you for an absurd price. Go anywhere else.
Shity service the employees never asked if we needed help did not greet us I could have walked out of the store with merchandise and they would have never known they were to busy posting on Facebook and there prices are absurd this place and the people are a waste of space
