They gave me a Nissan Altima, which was an awesome car to drive. The car handled great and the fuel economy on it was fantastic! When I arrived to pick up the rental the phone system was a little hectic for the employee that was working, he happened to be getting calls from the Bradford office. I understand that things happen. He did forget to offer me my free upgrade, not that I wanted it, but it should have been noted in my account that I had it and I feel as a salesperson he would have wanted to upgrade me. Other than that I had a great experience with my car rental and I look forward to renting from Enterprise again.
Is it possible to give a zero rating? No, well one star then. Renting a car in a small town with very limited rental options is never a good thing; however, this branch managed to make it even worse. Even during the reservation process the agent we spoke to stated that someone may not be able to fully assist us as they may be too busy. This was not the case as there was only one other guy renting a car while my wife was there. What was the case was that the two agents present were more concerned discussing their various activities of the prior evening, guzzling Red Bull, and counting down the clock to noon when they closed. No one there bothered to check to see that the reservation was no where near being fulfilled adequately or properly. It is Enterprise Rent a Car policy to have child seat installed in the car, which they were not. The two car seats were also for toddlers under 40 pounds and the reservation was for car seats for toddlers over 40 pounds. In addition the car smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, and most importantly, three of the four tires were so worn down on tread that it was past the point of even being close to any definition of road worthy. Once my wife brought the car back to where we were staying it was too late. After four phone calls to attempt to remedy the situation we returned it to this local branch. I have pictures of the tires for proof and will post if able.
These guys are great. I needed to get a car immediately for a family emergency and they got me in a car the same day. Car worked great. Great service.

Bobby and Adam were very helpful with this process. They were very patient with my insurance company and helped me get the best deal possible as being in an accident wasn't the greatest experience. If I ever need a rental again, I will definitely go down and see Bobby or Adam!
All the guys at this branch go above and beyond for their customers. They make sure your vehicle is prepared on time and always are polite and friendly. I would recommend everyone to this location. From the assistant managers to the branch manager, A+ top of the line service.
