Shopping for my new truck at Paul Brown Chevy was the perfect buying experience anyone could hope for. Adam was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. He wasn’t the typical pushy salesman type that makes you feel like he is just out to make a buck. Adam asked and listen to what I really was looking for in a truck and took me seriously, unlike other car dealerships I had been dealing with. Phenomenal dealership!! As soon as we walked in the door, we were met by a friendly and professional staff. My wife and I were set on upsizing from our current truck. Jordan Smith, our salesman, did an amazing job of finding one from their huge inventory that exceeded our expectations. He was quick to answer any questions and concerns. I enjoyed working with Mary and Cheryl throughout my experience at Paul Brown. I was appreciative of them trying to help put me in other vehicles to better suit my budget. Ultimately decided to go over my price point so I could get the vehicle I wanted. I was extremely happy I was able to drive my vehicle home that night and that another sales person took his plates off his vehicle so I could drive it home. The only disappointment was my vehicle doesn't have car mats kinda bummed out but I will live!
